INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In 2019, based on the implementation of the EU project “Introduction of EU standards and establishing of an integrated environment protection and occupational safety management system for the purpose of improving the quality and competitiveness of the MI MARIS company” (KK.03.2.1.14.0067), the company completed a demanding process of introduction of an integrated management system according to the standards: ISO 9001:2015 - quality management, ISO 14001:2015a - environment protection management and ISO 45001 - occupational health and safety management.
The project of implementing an integrated management system lasted one year, and now, after it has been completed, the responsibility for system maintenance and its constant improvement lies with each employee of MI MARIS who is obligated to respect the Management System Policy.
Steady growth of business activities, employment of new personnel and moving into a new business-production complex have placed before MI MARIS a new challenge of improving business processes and their efficiency and creating a new organizational culture that would enable the company to continue running a stable business.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
For MI MARIS d.o.o., meeting the Investor’s requirements and respecting the established standards in service provision is of utmost importance. Therefore, process planning and management for each service is done following the established procedures. Relations with investors and external service providers must be based on mutual trust, especially when agreeing on definitions, specifications and requirements for quality, environment protection, health and safety.
Our employees are our most valuable asset, therefore, their professional training will be carried out constantly in order to improve quality and bear responsibility for performance of work tasks. For the purpose of continuous improvement of service quality, environment protection, health and safety, we will develop reliable technical solutions. After adoption, they will be accepted as new standard solutions.
We will minimize risks and seize as many opportunities as possible.
MI MARIS d.o.o. maintains a management system which establishes and continuously improves service quality. By adopting and maintaining environment protection and health and safety standards we will make sure, within the scope of our activities, to minimize our ecological footprint, and do our best to avoid hazards and alleviate risks. By applying the health- and safety-related requirements referred to in the ISO 45001 standard, MI MARIS d.o.o. will continuously work on preventing injury and disease as well as on ensuring safety of its employees or any other person working on behalf of the company.
International standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 require regular monitoring and evaluation of the system of quality, environment protection, health and safety assurance, both internally and externally, by the certification body. We will strive to preserve the recognitions and certificates we have been awarded and defend them in the upcoming verifications.
This policy is available to all interested parties, and all those who work for or on behalf of MI MARIS d.o.o. are acquainted with it.
MI MARIS d.o.o. is involved in engineering, production, installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, automatic regulation and energy efficiency devices Through its activities, it undertakes to provide services in compliance with relevant internal, national and international standards and regulations related to quality, environment protection and employees’ health and safety.
The project titled “Introduction of ISO standards and establishment of an integrated system of environment protection and occupational safety management for the purpose of improving the quality and competitiveness of MI MARIS” (KK.03.2.1.14.0067) is co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Operational Programme “Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020 - Business Competitiveness”.

AUTHORIZATION FOR WORK IN EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERE HAZARDOUS AREAS
QUALIFICATION FOR PERFORMING, MEASURING AND TESTING ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION DEVICES
Ex-Agencija, the Agency for Explosive Atmosphere Hazardous Areas, supervisory body in the Republic of Croatia, according to the Rules on minimum safety requirements and protection employees health and technical supervision of plants, equipment, installations and devices in explosive atmosphere hazardous areas, issued a positive technical finding for performance and testing of electrical installations designated TN-In 14030 based on Croatian standards HRN EN 60079-14:2008; HRN HD 60364-6:2006, whereby MI MARIS was authorized for the performance of the concerned works.
QUALIFICATION FOR MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION EX-DEVICES
Ex-Agencija, the Agency for Explosive Atmosphere Hazardous Areas, supervisory body in the Republic of Croatia, according to the Rules on minimum safety requirements and protection employees health and technical supervision of plants, equipment, installations and devices in explosive atmosphere hazardous areas, issued a technical finding for maintenance of Ex-Equipment designated TN-ODA 14030 based on the Croatian standard HRN EN 60079-17:2008, whereby MI MARIS was authorized for the performance of the concerned works.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR REPAIRING ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION EX-DEVICES
Ex-Agencija, the Agency for Explosive Atmosphere Hazardous Areas, supervisory body in the Republic of Croatia, according to the Rules on minimum safety requirements and protection employees health and technical supervision of plants, equipment, installations and devices in explosive atmosphere hazardous areas, issued a technical finding for the repair of Ex-Equipment designated TN-PO 16/11/845 based on the Croatian standard HRN EN 60079-19:2011, whereby MI MARIS was authorized for the performance of the concerned works.

The AAA certificate of excellence in creditworthiness is one Eu’s most important standards defining business operations quality and an internationally recognized symbol of business excellence based on the analytical calculation method which is unique for all EU markets.
